Home Appliances More than 2,000 years old in Antalya

ANTALYA, Turkey – Turkish archaeologists in Turkey’s southern state of Antalya recently found more than 200 pieces of daily life, believed to date back more than 2,000 years.
The supplies were discovered during excavations carried out by Turkish scientists in the ancient city of Patara in the coastal region of Gash in Antalya.
In an interview with Anatolia, Eve Ishik, head of the department of archeology at the University of Akdniz, said the excavation at Patara began in 1988 and continues until now. She pointed out that «Patara» is one of the most important archaeological cities in the Mediterranean region.
